Areii (Originally Portio) stands for Artificial Real Estate Investor Intelligence. It is a software platform built by real estate investors, for real estate investors to help them get started or get to the next level in their investing. 

Through Areii we analyze everything that happens in a real estate investment transaction and we use that data to help our users understand the project and how best to position it for success.

We take the same information and establish something we call an "investor confidence score" This score is used to tell the user how good a contractor or lender is and vice versa, it tells those lenders and partners how good of a deal it is that they are looking at.
